Installing new rubber on a 63 Corvette hardtop
This trim piece has to be removed first before the window could
be installed. In this case it was attached with pop rivets.

I built a cradle to store my hardtop soon after I bought the car. I
used the cradle to hold the hardtop while I installed the window.
I started installing from the window from the top and used gravity
to hold it in place.

re-painted the top.

Here is the window installed with the rubber gasket in place. I used a
plastic trim tool and a wide screwdriver to urge the rubber gasket into place.
